Shoulder aches and Podcast adventures
So it's another late night post again
because I've just been having a rough time. I gained 5lbs this week
but I know it's because of my stress eating. I will lose it I just
have to put into practice what I wrote about earlier. The biggest
issue is that my shoulder is really killing me. Its hard to explain
the pain but I struggle to sleep when it hurts and I struggle to sit
in a comfortable position in my chair so sitting in front of a
computer is excruciating at times. I've tried to stretch it out but
to no avail. I don't know if it's a pinched nerve, a muscle issue, or
even a bone issue. I'm gonna see if we can go to the doctor and get a
referral to a chiropractor. I feel that going to a chiro and maybe a
massage therapist will help my shoulder. It's so painful I hate
dealing with this pain and I've never had any shoulder issues I don't
know why or where this came from. I mean I'm sure that the stress of
everything is not helping so yeah I'm just starting to feel the
physical sides of stress and I need to find a way to counter it or
else I won't be able to function.
I have been asked to post a recipe of
our lasagna boats with spaghetti squash; however, its not in season
at the moment so you'll have to wait until about fall for that
recipe. If you have another recipe you'd like to know let me know. We
have some desserts, dinners, breakfasts, all kinds of lovely recipes.
We like to experiment so we make up lot of our own recipes as well.
And my final thought is Dragon Con is
just around the corner and I can't waiiiiit! I'm so excited. My
costumes fit so much better than they did last year and that just
makes me want to keep going. I'm so proud of my progress. I do wish
we could spend some money that weekend and buy fun stuff but we
promised we'd hold off this year. We do plan on buying tickets for
next year just in case we can go and that will be our vacation next
year. Hubby is getting a lot of feedback so I'm just praying that he
get something soon. His current project ended so at the moment we
have no work and its a little upsetting because we're trying to save
as much as possible before the move but it just another thing to
prove our point in why we're moving. The reason his project ended so
abruptly is because computers finished the rest of the documents.
Again, why we want to move to California. We'd like to get out ahead
of the problem we see happening and give hubby the chance to actually
practice law again. In fact I'm super excited to announce that we
will be starting a podcast soon based on basic law principles and
questions that are asked a lot. We'd like to inform those who need to
understand the law better and give a more deeper understanding of how
things work in that regards. I'm really excited about this adventure
and I have so many ideas already for the podcast. We're still trying
to figure out the name for the podcast but as soon as we do we'll
start up recording so keep an eye out! I'll have it available on as
many places as possible. And with that I think I will end the blog. I
know I'm all over the place in this one but these are the thoughts
and how they come across my head so you get to endure my process with
me. I am curious, what are some things you'd like to know more about
in the law field that we could address? I'd love to hear your
opinions.
