Being sick and lazy isn't good for weightloss

Howdy all. Ron and I have been sick and we made poor food choices this week like potatoes and ramen because we were lazy when we went grocery shopping. Yeah we went back a few steps this week and we really hate ourselves right now so I am at least getting up and fixing us a healthy breakfast in the morning and cooking healthy for dinner so the shitty food we eat for lunch that way it's only one meal a day instead of all of them. I am so lazy when I am sick I hate cooking but I can't let myself fall into old habits. For two days this week I even slept in and woke up super late while I was absolutely exhausted both days I still needed to get my booty up and get going. This morning I resolved to wake up at 6:00am to cook breakfast for us and I was so productive. I got my kitchen cleaned, edited podcasts for 6 hours and I've been doing laundry. I feel so much better when I've been up and actually done something. Next thing is to work on other content that needs to get ...

Fat Girl Fitness

Good day to you! I hope everyone has had a wonderful week so far! We are on week 2 of Fat Girl Fitness on my Twitch channel and I gotta say I am blown away by the support and response from everyone. Thank you it just keeps me motivated to keep going. I am inspired by so many amazing people every day. For those that have no idea what I'm talking about I have started a yoga stream on Mondays on my twitch channel called Fat Girl Fitness. I stream at 7:30am PT for anyone interested in joining!    I started doing the yoga stream to hold myself accountable but I was terrified to do it because I'm a fat girl hence calling it Fat Girl Fitness. Anyway, the reason I was nervous because I fully expect the trolls to come in and harass me as they do on every other occasion. I know I'm doing it for myself but having negativity thrown at you constantly gets tiresome but so far I've had the exact opposite and I'm so blown away. I personally miss doing yoga and I love it ...

Well, I'm certainly going to do that because a lot has happened in the last few months and I have so much planned for this year so yes I'd like to take a moment to reflect. I need to give you all an update on what has been going on considering I have been unable to really blog as intended since we moved anyway.    So let's start with the blog. I am very proud of the fact that I kept up with it regularly, sometimes I was a day late and some where shorter than others but I'm really happy with my progress and I plan on going forward with the same schedule, once a week on Wednesdays. I want to take this time to thank my readers for being patient as Ron and I move and get settled into our new life it has certainly been a chaotic time in our lives. Going forward with the blog I want to get ...
