Being sick and lazy isn't good for weightloss

Howdy all. Ron and I have been sick and we made poor food choices this week like potatoes and ramen because we were lazy when we went grocery shopping. Yeah we went back a few steps this week and we really hate ourselves right now so I am at least getting up and fixing us a healthy breakfast in the morning and cooking healthy for dinner so the shitty food we eat for lunch that way it's only one meal a day instead of all of them. I am so lazy when I am sick I hate cooking but I can't let myself fall into old habits. For two days this week I even slept in and woke up super late while I was absolutely exhausted both days I still needed to get my booty up and get going. This morning I resolved to wake up at 6:00am to cook breakfast for us and I was so productive. I got my kitchen cleaned, edited podcasts for 6 hours and I've been doing laundry. I feel so much better when I've been up and actually done something. Next thing is to work on other content that needs to get out soon, I am actually a little behind on my work but I am happy to finally be at it again and working regularly. One of my biggest issues is time management and I have found that waking up with my husband helps me out with that so much. Back in GA I had developed a much better system for myself that balanced work and personal and I was starting to fall into old habits before implementing the new system. It takes knowing yourself and being honest with yourself and accepting that some things will not work for you while others will so be brutally honest and accept where you fall short. Yes I miss out on late night gaming with friends but I in turn gain more hubby snuggle time and more productive mornings so it's worth it for me to sacrifice a few games for sleep lol.

We still haven't found our scale yet so I don't have an update on weight loss but hopefully we'll discover it soon! Hope you all have a wonderful week!
