Going into week 2 of Keto!

Well, my desktop blotter said blog day today so that means I have to do a blog! Well good news I'm now in my second week of the Keto diet and its my weigh in! I have lost 2 lbs so far which is awesome because I have not gone in the right direction so long. It's definitely a confidence boost. This diet hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be, I haven't been super hungry on it and when I do get hungry I just have some sunflower seeds or another snack that helps cut that craving. I eat snacks like pork rinds, sunflower seeds, and cheese. There's virtually no or low carbs in them and they're tasty! They're also snacks I've never over indulged in, in the past so it helps a lot. My sweet tooth is still a struggle but Ron bought some popsicle maker things for a dollar and we just put in the flavored water in and no it isn't anything truly sweet because we use crystal light packets but takes care of that craving I've developed for dessert after dinner. Last night we sat and ate popsicles about 30 mins post dinner it was a perfect desert for the GA heat and it was tasty, plus no carbs!

In personal life not much has happened. I got a new desk Sunday at IKEA and I have more space now to work and it's so nice and lovely. I never though I'd be so excited for a work desk but here we are. I guess I've reached peak adulthood, I'm excited for more office space. Haha.

E3 is coming up and I am so excited because this year I get to have a conversation about it on The Cosmic Bulletin for an episode or two. We're still figuring out how we want to do E3 coverage but I'm super stoked about it and I can't wait to see what all comes out of E3 because it seems that we are going to have a lot of cool announcements for stuff. Since becoming a streamer I have learned so much more about the gaming industry and I love it even more and have a deeper appreciation for the industry in general. My ideal job would be working on the cut scenes at Blizzard but that's definitely something I realize I may never have but one can dream right? Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful week and keep up the good work on your life journey!
